iTop Screen Recorder 7 Pro Free License Key (Giveaway 2026)

Most free screen recorders make you pick your poison. You either live with a logo stamped in the corner of every video, or you stop recording when a timer runs out, or both. The free build of iTop Screen Recorder does exactly that: when we installed it, the main window showed a 10-minute timer next to the REC button and the watermark switch was locked on.

The code below upgrades the app to Pro, which iTop says removes the free build’s restrictions. iTop has made it available to Techno360 readers for the version 7 launch, and it activates the iTop Screen Recorder 7 Pro free license until a fixed date: 23 December 2026. We activated it on 25 September, which left us 89 days of Pro. That’s enough for a course, a batch of YouTube tutorials or a run of gameplay clips.

What’s New in iTop Screen Recorder 7?

iTop pushed version 7 (build 7.0.0.3776) on 20 August 2026. The headline addition is Auto Focus. If you’ve ever recorded a software walkthrough, you know the pain: the viewer watching on a phone can’t read the tiny menu you’re clicking, so you spend an hour in the editor adding zoom keyframes by hand. According to iTop, Auto Focus handles that during the recording: it follows the mouse pointer and text entry and enlarges that part of the screen, which can cut down on manual zoom edits in tutorials.

The rest of iTop’s changelog is smaller but useful:

• Bigger voice library for Text to Speech — now 370+ AI voices across 50+ languages, and you can finally search them instead of scrolling.
• Fewer black-screen recordings — Enhanced Mode was reworked. This matters for apps and browsers that use hardware acceleration and sometimes show up as a black box in captures.
• Faster Remove BG and TTS — iTop rebuilt the back end of both AI tools.
• Refreshed interface — iTop reworked the layout for clearer information display (you can see it in the screenshot below).

Free vs Pro: What the Code Actually Unlocks

Here’s the difference in plain terms. The watermark and 10-minute timer rows match what we saw in the app. The rest comes from iTop’s official feature list.

For context, iTop’s store listed Pro at $19.99 for a month, $26.99 for a year and $35.99 for a lifetime licence when we checked on 25 September 2026. Prices change with promotions and by region, so treat those as a snapshot.

How to Get iTop Screen Recorder 7 Pro Free (Step by Step)

The whole thing takes about three minutes, most of it waiting for the 131 MB installer.

Step 1: Download the installer

Grab it from the official iTop Screen Recorder page, or use iTop’s direct download link (setup.exe). Both are official iTop download routes. The launch build was 7.0.0.3776 (about 131 MB), and the links may now serve a newer 7.x update.

Step 2: Install and open the app

Run the setup file and follow the prompts. Watch the installer screens for any bundled offers and untick what you don’t want. When it’s done, launch iTop Screen Recorder. The title bar will say FREE in green.

Step 3: Click the key icon and paste the code

Look at the top right corner, next to the orange Activate button. There’s a small key icon. Click it, and a License window opens. Copy the code below and paste it into the box. Paste rather than type; one wrong character and it fails.

Step 4: Hit Register and confirm

Click the red Register button. On our Windows 11 PC the window changed to “Registered” straight away, the title bar badge flipped to PRO, and the license screen showed an expiry of 23-12-2026. If you open the same window later, you’ll see how many days are left.

What You Can Do With It

The app is split into four recording tabs (Screen, Webcam, Only Audio, Game), plus Device, Screenshot and Files in the sidebar. Here’s how that maps to real jobs.

Tutorials and online classes

Record full screen, a dragged region, one window, or a fixed ratio such as 9:16 for Shorts. iTop designed Lock Window to keep capturing a chosen app even when another window overlaps it, which is handy when your notes sit on top. Auto Focus, mouse-click highlights and the built-in teleprompter can reduce how much editing you need afterwards.

Gameplay

According to iTop, the Game tab uses Intel and AMD GPU acceleration and records at up to 60 FPS. iTop names Minecraft, PUBG, Roblox, World of Warcraft and League of Legends as supported titles, and lists a Boost option that tweaks system settings before a session.

Facecam videos

In our test, the Webcam tab offered background replacement, a brightness slider and camera and audio source pickers (see below). iTop says you can also blur or remove the background without a green screen and pick a circle, rectangle or rounded frame for the overlay.

Editing and AI extras

The Tools page holds seven utilities. Quick Editor handles trims, filters, music and subtitles. Advanced Editor adds a multi-track timeline, transitions, speed changes and frame-by-frame edits, with export to MP4, MOV, MKV, GIF, MP3 and more. Then there’s Text to Speech for voiceovers, Remove BG, Unblur for soft images and clips, a Denoiser for mic hum, and a Compressor that iTop says trims files by up to 70%.

Quick Editor: basic edits without leaving the app

The Quick Editor gives you a preview, a trim bar and buttons for Split and Crop. Tabs on the right add filters, stickers, music and subtitles, then you export. That covers most quick fixes. For multi-track projects, move over to the Advanced Editor.

Before You Activate: Giveaway Terms

Giveaway licenses from iTop usually come with a few strings attached. Worth knowing before you commit to a big project:

• Pro access ends on 23 December 2026, whatever day you activate. After that, expect the app to go back to the free build’s limits.
• If you reset or reinstall Windows, the code may not activate a second time.
